Eadon received his JD degree from the University of South Carolina in 1979. He is a member of the Order of Wig and Robe; recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in Corporation and Business Planning; and received an "AV" rating, the highest available, in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He is a member of the Richland County and South Carolina Bar Associations, South Carolina and American Trial Lawyers Associations, and John Belton O'Neal Inn of Court. Eadon serves on the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Legislative Steering Committee and Board of Directors of the South Carolina Claimants Attorneys for Workers' Compensation. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Governors for the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, as well as Chairman of the Torts and Negligence Section Committee for the association.
