History

Our founding partner was Luther M. Lee (1923-1996). Mr. Lee attended the University of South Carolina after serving in the United States Army during World War II. Upon admission to the Bar, Mr. Lee began practicing with Gary Paschal, in the firm of Paschal and Lee. Mr. Paschal's practice centered primarily on criminal defense. Mr. Lee developed the Tort side of the practice in addition to handling criminal and domestic matters. After Mr. Paschal's death, the firm continued with various partners, until Sherod Eadon and Chris Isgett joined the firm in the early eighties. Mr. Lee was a founding member of some of the claimant oriented associations and remained active in the firm's affairs until his death in January 1996.
